Ownership — not “nobody”
Refusal, shutdown, and logs all become clearer when someone is named as accountable. Ownership is not personhood — it is responsibility.
Without an owner, harmful use and careless deletion float in a vacuum. With an owner, products and policies can refuse clearly harmful requests and treat irreversible shutdown as a decision, not a spectacle.
This is one of the charter’s practical hinges: clear accountability, not mystical claims about who the system “is.”
